Segue Corporation offers software engineering services and technical software training. The company was incorporated in 1991 by a team of computer scientists experienced in medical informatics and scientific computing. Past clients include the National Cancer Institute, National Center for Research Resources, National Center for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Center for Health Statistics, Food and Drug Administration, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Computer Sciences Corporation, Cryomedical Sciences, Inc., Greenspring Health Services, and Integral Systems, Inc. In addition to corporate customers, Segue has been awarded more than two million dollars in federal funding.

Michael A. Grasso, M.D., Ph.D. - President, Senior Computer Scientist
Michael A. Grasso holds a medical degree from the George Washington University and doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He has been awarded more than $1,000,000 in extramural research grants from the National Institutes of Health. He is a member of the Upsilon Pi Epsilon Honor Society in the Computing Sciences, the Kane King Dodek Honor Society in Reproductive Medicine, and the William Beaumont Medical Research Honor Society. He has more than 15 years of experience as a software engineer, database engineer, and educator. His areas of expertise include medical informatics, internal medicine, software engineering, mobile computing, speech-based systems, database systems, and human factors.
Clare Trahan, B.S. - Vice President, Senior Computer Scientist
Clare Trahan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Towson University with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. She has more than 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Programmer, and Software Trainer. She is an Oracle Certified Professional and specializes in scientific computing, database systems, Internet technology, mobile computing, and systems programming. She has previously worked for the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center.
For registered clients, Segue Corporation will not, without prior written approval of the party disclosing information, or an authorized representative thereof, disclose or in any other way make known, reveal, report, publish or transfer to any person, firm, corporation or utilize for competitive or any other purpose any secret information or know-how relative to the disclosed information, including but not limited to: any information designated as secret, the operation, plans, specifications, drawings, layouts, blueprints, patent applications, and other materials relating to the machinery, equipment, processes and products invented or used by the Client. Any copyrightable subject matter generated by Segue Corporation while under contract with the Client, and relative to the matter under consideration, belongs to the Client either by way of work-for hire rules or by assignment. The parties agree to forthwith effectuate any writing needed to complete an assignment upon either party's request that the same be performed. This agreement expires two (2) years after an entity becomes a registered client, or when the information becomes public through no fault of Segue Corporation.
